Personal Data Controller

More Classified Agency is a registered entity in the Republic of Kenya under the provisions of the Companies Act of the Laws of Kenya (with registered office at Brickwood Apartment, Ground Floor, Door 204, Lantana Road, P.O. Box 1660 - 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya) and will be the controller of your personal data.

Categories of Personal Data We Collect

Data you give us

You may be asked to provide information about yourself when you register for and/or use the Service. This information includes: first name, last name, phone number, email, gender, date of birth ("Required Information"), address details, working hours, as well as access to your photos, albums and their metadata.

To use our Service and register an account, you will need to provide required information. You will be able to use the Service even if you do not give this data to us, but some Service functionality may be limited (for example, if you do not register an account, you will not be able to send reviews, post ads, or see contact details of other users).

You will also need to provide additional information when communicating with our support team in order to fulfill your request. While posting ads, you can decide to provide additional personal information about yourself. You should carefully consider risks associated with making certain information publicly available in particular, your phone number, address, photos, passport details, financial details, or exact location.

Data provided to us by third parties

When you log in using Facebook, we receive your profile image, name, Facebook ID, and optionally email address, gender, date of birth, friends list, and location. When you log in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile language settings, profile picture, gender, and date of birth. When you log in using Apple, we receive your Apple ID, name, and email. When you log in via Truecaller, we receive your phone number, name, addresses, profile image, job title, company name, gender, and other profile information upon your consent.

We may collect your name, official government ID number, and photo image to confirm your identity, sharing this with Smile Identity Inc. to validate it with governmental sources.

Data we collect automatically

We collect data about your referring URL, device and location data (language settings, IP address, time zone, device type and model, device settings, operating system, Internet service provider, mobile carrier, hardware ID, and Facebook ID), usage data (features and content you interact with, how often you use the Service, how long you are on the Service), Advertising IDs (Apple IDFA or Google AAID), transaction data, and cookie data.

A cookie is a small text file stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. Cookies are used to automatically recognize you on return visits. Cookie data is stored on your device and most of the time only for a limited period.

How You Can Exercise Your Rights
