Antifraud Policy
More Classified Agency takes fraud seriously and is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy platform for all users. Below you will find our procedures and policies for reporting fraud on www.more.co.ke and how we respond to such reports.
Notification of Fraud
If you have been defrauded (or are acting as an agent of a business owner) and believe any user or client has defrauded you on our platform, we advise you to raise a report by emailing info@more.co.ke.
Your claim must include all information must be in English
- 1.A clear identification of the nature of the fraud in detail.
- 2.A clear indication of the transaction, detailing the items, notes, transactions, and persons involved.
- 3.A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the company or individual defrauded.
- 4.A reasonably sufficient method of contacting you a phone number and email address are preferred.
- 5.A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the business owner.
- 6.The following statement: "I have good faith belief that I have been defrauded on the More business platform; the details described above and contained on the service are not authorized by the business owner, its agent, or by protection of law."
We suggest that you consult your legal advisor before filing a Notification of Fraud. Please note that you may be liable for damages if you make a false claim of fraud against another business person or business.
Our Response
Once a valid Notification of Fraud is received, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including:
- Notifying the business owner, member, or user that they must remove or disable access to the relevant material.
- Removal or disabling of the client's access portal.
- Terminating repeat offenders' access to the service.

REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE TERMINATE ACCESS AND/OR USE OF THE WEBSITE BY ANY USER, WE IN NO WAY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY AVAILABLE REMEDY AT LAW OR IN EQUITY AGAINST FRAUD PERPETRATORS OR ANY OTHER VIOLATORS, NOR WILL WE INDEMNIFY OR PROVIDE LEGAL REPRESENTATION TO ANY ALLEGED OFFENDER IN ANY ACTION ARISING FROM THE ALLEGED OFFENDER'S USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY.
